Powertrain
Forklifts must be tough enough to last for hours of use in many extreme settings. While being ergonomic for operators, these machinery have to be able to move loads efficiently and fast. The reliable, rugged Yale powertrain offers excellent durability through its extremely strong gears and shafts, state of the art clutch pack and computer managed transmission and engine. The engine, transmission, steer axle, and drive axle are all isolated in order to lessen vibration and noise in the operator's compartment.

Electrical
The electrical system of a lift truck is responsible for linking the truck's major nerve centers together. Thus, the electrical system within the lift truck needs to be reliable and durable for the most demanding dry/wet and hot/cold operations. Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the forklift's "muscles". They provide the necessary force needed to lift heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic parts. Some of these parts comprise: heavy-duty hydraulic valves, leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, long lasting hoist and tilt cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically positioned to be able to prolong component life by reducing exposure to heat sources.
